Ronald with maintenance did a great job jumping on and taking care of my heating repair, he had to replace the motor. He completed the job within 24 hours. Furthermore, he provided portable heaters. My unit seems to be well insulated, and I almost don't need a heater.

My experience moving into Marketplace Village has been wonderful so far. The staff have been very helpful and kind. It’s been a week, and I already love my apartment and the beautiful view. The Marketplace App is a great perk—it offers residents opportunities to earn rewards. I also appreciate the grocery and many places to eat being literally across the street.

Just finished the move in process and the place was a super pleasant suprise! More space for the buck in comparison with other places nearby, I dont have homeless people in the breezeway, and the leasing staff is super accommodating. I had issues with certain things when I first moved in and the property manager seemed to show genuine concern over the issue and communicated wonderfully through the process. Its different when the staff seems to actually care. Kudos!
