zion, the leasing consultant at marketplace village, made my entire experience smooth and stress free. from the very first tour he was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the community. he answered all of my questions with patience and made sure i felt comfortable every step of the way. my move in went perfect and i absolutely love the area. what really stood out was how genuine and approachable he is. you can tell he truly cares about helping people find the right home. marketplace village itself is amazing. the community is clean, well maintained, and the amenities are great. the neighborhood is vibrant and convenient, making it a pleasure to live here...

Marietta’s best-kept secret! I absolutely love this apartment complex. The location is perfect close to the interstate and surrounded by everything you need, making life super convenient. What really sets this place apart is the staff. Hands down, the best team I’ve ever dealt with in apartment living. I have to give a special shoutout to Zion, the leasing agent, and Ronald, the maintenance supervisor. Their professionalism and how helpful they are definitely make this place feel like home. Highly recommend!

Maintenance at this location is excellent. Ronald, the maintenance supervisor, is outstanding. He has helped me with two issues in the apartment so far, and whatever the problem is, he takes care of it right away.
