Marketplace Village is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The leasing office is closed on Sundays.

Marketplace Village offers in-person, self-guided, and virtual tours, allowing prospective residents to explore the community in the format that works best for their schedule.

Marketplace Village offers a variety of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment homes in Marietta, Georgia:

1 Bedroom Apartments: 707 to 1,071 square feet
2 Bedroom Apartments: 1,112 to 1,414 square feet

Each floor plan is designed with modern layouts, spacious living areas, and features that support both comfort and convenience for a variety of lifestyles.

Yes, Marketplace Village is a pet-friendly community and welcomes cats, dogs, and small caged pets. A maximum of two pets is allowed per apartment home.

There is a $500 one-time, non-refundable pet fee for the first pet, with an additional $250 fee for a second pet, along with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. 

While we welcome pets, certain restrictions apply to exotic animals and select dog breeds. We partner with PetScreening.com to make the approval process simple and convenient. Please contact the leasing office for more details.

Marketplace Village offers controlled-access entry throughout the community, including fobbed exterior building entry points and gated parking garage access for residents 

Yes, Marketplace Village features a controlled-access parking garage attached to the community. Open, unassigned parking is available for residents at no additional cost, while select reserved parking spaces inside the garage are available for $65 per month. Guest parking is conveniently located outside the gated area on the lower level. 

Marketplace Village has an on-site maintenance team available to assist with everyday service requests as well as maintenance emergencies when needed. 

Marketplace Village offers package delivery through the Luxer One package system. Deliveries are placed in individual lockers or a fobbed package overflow room, and residents receive an access code through the app for convenient pickup. A monthly package system fee of $20 applies. 

Yes! Marketplace Village provides valet trash service Sunday through Thursday evenings for resident convenience. Recycling is also available on site in designated areas within the parking garage. Valet trash service is billed at $25 per month. 

Our community offers four elevators located throughout the property, along with stair access near each elevator and additional convenient locations throughout the property. 

Marketplace Village was built in 2020 and features modern apartment homes and updated community amenities.

Yes, Marketplace Village is located within the Marketplace Terrell Mill retail center, placing residents within walking distance of restaurants, retail, and everyday conveniences. Nearby options include Chipotle, Panera Bread, Chick-fil-A, Los Abuelos Mexican Grill, Brass Tap, and a Kroger with a drive-thru pharmacy located directly next door. 

Leasing Information

Prospective residents can apply online through the Marketplace Village website using a smartphone or computer. The application process allows residents to browse available apartment homes through both list and map views before selecting a floor plan. 

Residents have multiple convenient options for paying rent. Payments can be made online through the resident portal using the Bilt platform or Flex payment options, or in person at the leasing office using certified funds. 

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A grace period is provided through the 3rd, after which late fees will apply. 

Subletting is not permitted at Marketplace Village. All residents must complete the application process and meet the community’s rental criteria in order to be approved for a lease. 

No, Marketplace Village does not offer guest suites or short-term accommodations. However, several hotels are located conveniently nearby for visiting guests. 

Prospective residents can schedule an escorted, self-guided or virtual tour directly through the Marketplace Village website by selecting an available tour option and appointment time.

The move-in process at Marketplace Village is designed to be simple and streamlined. Applications are completed online, with approvals typically taking between 24 and 72 hours. Once approved, residents complete lease signing, submit required payments, provide renters insurance documentation, and schedule a move-in date before picking up keys and completing a home inspection. 

Marketplace Village is serviced by both AT&T and Xfinity. The community is also fiber-ready, offering residents access to high-speed internet connectivity. 

Residents are responsible for electricity through Cobb EMC. Water and sewer charges are billed based on usage and included within the monthly rent statement. Cable and internet services are optional and are set up directly through the resident’s preferred provider. 

Marketplace Village is located near a variety of shopping, dining, entertainment, and outdoor recreation options throughout Marietta and the surrounding Atlanta area. Residents are close to Truist Park and The Battery Atlanta, along with grocery stores like Kroger and Publix, fitness centers, walking and biking trails, coffee shops, restaurants, and local services. Apartment homes at Marketplace Village feature vinyl plank flooring throughout the entryways, kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas, while bedrooms and bedroom closets include carpeting for added comfort. 

Most apartment homes at Marketplace Village include private balconies with views of the courtyards, wooded areas, or surrounding retail spaces. Select homes without balconies feature oversized windows that maximize natural light and create an open feel. 

Marketplace Village apartment homes use standard keys and controlled-access fobs for building and garage entry. Each apartment also includes a pre-installed digital intrusion alarm system that can be monitored through a provider of the resident’s choice.

Yes, Marketplace Village features outdoor grilling stations located within two of the community courtyards, along with nearby seating and picnic areas for residents to enjoy. 

Marketplace Village includes a cyber lounge with coworking spaces, conference rooms, individual workstations, and complimentary Wi-Fi, creating a convenient environment for remote work, studying, or virtual meetings. 

We offer three EV charging stations located within the parking garage for resident use.
